Canadian kids and teens are bombarded by advertising for food and beverages in movies, video games, apps and social media — and that needs to stop, according to a new report.

Bloomberg had reported alternatives for the unit could include a partial sale or spinoff and the sale could fetch as much as $5 billion, citing people familiar with the matter.
